Cammy on trip but doesn't practice

by Pat Hickey

Michael Cammalleri accompanied the team to Washington today but he's not ready to resume playing. The team said that he was in Washington so that the team's medical staff could monitor his progress as he recovers from a separated shoulder. It's possible he will skate on his own tomorrow morning.

Carey Price took the day off to recover from the rigors of his All-Star game performance.

Lines at this afternoon's practice:

Pacioretty-Plekanec-Gionta | Kostitsyn-Gomez-Eller | Pouliot-Desharnais-Darche | Moen-Halpern-Pyatt

The Habs clearly outplayed the Caps last night, but all the Caps had to do was not let Gionta get 2 breakaways and we would have won. The sloppy play has got to stop for the Caps if they want to start winning again.

And great battle between Ovechkin and Subban all game.
