(Sports Network) - The Philadelphia Flyers aim for their first three-game winning streak of the season tonight, when they visit the New York Islanders at Nassau Coliseum.
The Flyers have won back-to-back games on the heels of a franchise-record 10- game losing streak. They won in Tampa on Thursday before defeating Carolina in Raleigh on New Year's Eve.
Philly's earned a 5-2 victory over the defending Stanley Cup champions on Sunday. Robert Esche made 40 saves to lead the way for the Flyers at RBC Center.
