(Sports Network) - The Philadelphia Flyers try to extend their first winning streak of the season to three games tonight when they visit the San Jose Sharks at HP Pavilion in the finale of their current road trip.

Since losing six consecutive contests, the Flyers have come to life with victories over Anaheim and Los Angeles. On Thursday, R.J. Umberger scored twice late in the third period to spearhead a 4-3 comeback victory against the Kings.

Simon Gagne also tallied, while netminder Antero Niittymaki finished with 23 saves.

The Flyers erased a 3-1 deficit with three goals in a 3:10 span of the third. Umberger's second marker, with 3:37 remaining in the match, was the game- winner.

Philly's offensive attack, which had been impotent for most of the season, has accounted for a combined 11 goals in the last two games. The Flyers defeated Anaheim, 7-4, on Wednesday.

Philadelphia, which concludes a four-game trek tonight, will host Pittsburgh on Monday.
