(Sports Network) - The Anaheim Ducks will aim for their fourth consecutive victory when they visit the Calgary Flames this evening at the Saddledome.

The Ducks are 12-0-4 this year and have set a new NHL record for most games to start a season without a regulation loss. The Edmonton Oilers set the previous NHL record by gathering points in their first 15 games to start the 1984-85 campaign.

Anaheim earned its latest triumph on Thursday night in Vancouver. Jean- Sebastien Giguere made 20 saves for his second shutout of the season and the Ducks posted a 6-0 win over the Canucks at GM Place.

Ryan Getzlaf scored two goals and Shane O'Brien added a goal and two assists for the Ducks, who have defeated the Canucks in the past four matchups, outscoring them 19-5.

Meanwhile, the Flames are enjoying their first winning streak of the season, as they have won back-to-back games.

Calgary earned a 3-1 victory over the visiting Dallas Stars on Tuesday behind two goals from Tony Amonte and Miikka Kiprusoff's 25 saves.
