Wow what a difference in our captain! Has he saved himself for Olympic hockey and is that why he's been so shotty? Or is it the players on team Canada that helps him shine? Leads me to belive we may need to drop another big name to get a forward Iggy can play with!!!!

C'mon man he hasn't be that great. IT's a product of the team. He was bounced to the 4th line if you remember. THey tried him agian with Crosby with Staal instead of Nash and they clicked.
Iggy goes from a line where he has outsored his linemates personal season best by atleast 30 pts, to a line where he has the 3rd highest season pt total. He has never scored 100pts in the NHL. Staal and Crosby both have.
Heck the Staal Crosby Iginla line was the 3rd best in the Russia game.
