(Sports Network) - The New Jersey Devils continue their current road swing today when they visit the Anaheim Ducks at the Honda Center.

The Devils will play the third portion of a five-game trip tonight, and hope to rebound from Wednesday's 3-1 loss at Phoenix. Dave Scatchard scored the go-ahead goal and added an assist to lift the Coyotes.

John Madden had the Devils' lone goal and Martin Brodeur came up with 24 saves for New Jersey, which had won six of its previous seven games heading into Wednesday's match.

The Devils, with 25 points, are tied with the Rangers for first place in he Atlantic Division standings -- two ahead of both the Islanders and Penguins.

New Jersey fell to 4-6-0 on the road and will visit San Jose on Saturday.

Anaheim, meanwhile, had a two-game winning streak ended in Wednesday's 3-2 shootout loss in Colorado. Joe Sakic scored the game-winner in the shootout to lift the Avalanche.
