MOOSE JAW, Sask. (CP) - Jesse Deckert stopped 41 shots as the Prince Albert Raiders downed the Moose Jaw Warriors 5-1 in WHL action Friday night.
The Raiders scored three first-period goals, then held on as the Warriors had four two-man power plays. Andy Smith scored twice for the Raiders. Mike Hellyer, Ryan McDonald and Milan Jurik had the others. Andre Herman scored on the power play for Moose Jaw with 3:12 remaining to spoil Deckerts shutout bid.
