MEDICINE HAT, Alta. (CP) - Keegan Dansereau recorded his second two-goal game in as many nights and the Calgary Hitmen won 4-2 over the Medicine Hat Tigers on Monday night in Western Hockey League action.

Dansereau scored twice in the Hitmen's 7-0 rout of the Swift Current Broncos on Sunday night in Calgary and scored the winner as part of a two goal night Monday. Hitman Riley Merkley opened the scoring on a 5-on-3 advantage early in the first and Steve Covington scored into an empty net - one of just two shots Calgary recorded in the final period. Dansereau's winner was the other.

The Hitmen (10-6-0-1) won in regulation time for just the second time in their last 17 trips to Medicine Hat (13-4-0-0).

These teams meet again on Thursday night in Calgary.

Tigers Tyler Swystun and Kris Russell both scored on the power play for Medicine Hat, with Russell's goal tying the game 2-2 at 2:15 of the third period.
