PITTSBURGH (AP) - Sidney Crosby assisted on two of Ryan Malone's three goals and scored his 16th goal to lead the Pittsburgh Penguins to their fourth straight victory, 7-4 over the New York Islanders on Friday night.

The 19-year-old Crosby, the NHL scoring leader, had a goal and five assists in his previous game, an 8-4 victory over Philadelphia on Wednesday night.

Jason Blake, Tom Poti, Miroslav Satan and Mike York each had a goal and an assist for New York.
