(Sports Network) - The Phoenix Coyotes will try to bounce back from consecutive losses this evening, when they visit the Vancouver Canucks at General Motors Place.

The Coyotes dropped an overtime decision against visiting Dallas on Saturday and were handed a 4-0 setback in San Jose on Monday. Vesa Toskala stopped 23 shots for his third shutout of the season to lead the Sharks to the easy win last night.

Curtis Joseph finished with 30 saves for the Coyotes, who have lost three of their last four games. Phoenix is still last in the Pacific Division with 23 points.

After tonight's test, the Coyotes will begin a four-game homestand Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Meanwhile, the Canucks were in Calgary on Saturday night and were handed a 5-3 loss by the rival Flames. Jarome Iginla and Kristian Huselius each had a goal and an assist to lead the way for Calgary.
