COLUMBUS, Ohio (Ticker) - The Columbus Blue Jackets got back a weapon on the blue line Saturday, when they activated defenseman Duvie Westcott from injured reserve.

The 29-year-old Westcott had been sidelined for 19 games after suffering a broken finger in a 5-4 shootout victory over Calgary on November 3. In 11 contests prior to the injury, the Winnipeg native recorded three goals and five assists, leading the Blue Jackets' blue-liners in scoring.
