what kind of flex do i need for roller hockey? i'll be practicing outdoors on the street and playing competitively on a concrete field.

for ROLLER or STREET hockey get 110 or 120 flex. You only need a lot of flex (70, 80, 90) if ur playing ice hockey.

Yea you don't need to much flex, but don't get the heaviest stick either.
