OTTAWA (Ticker) -- Zdeno Chara makes his return to Ottawa with his new club as the Boston Bruins visit the Ottawa Senators in a Northeast Division battle tonight.

Chara spent five years with Ottawa before signing a five-year, $37.5 million dollar deal with the Bruins in July. He scored the game-winner in Boston's 2-1 victory over Ottawa on October 28 and had an assist in the Bruins' 4-3 triumph over Ottawa on November 11.

The Bruins were smacked, 6-3, by the Florida Panthers on Saturday, their third loss in three games against Florida this season. Glen Murray has two goals for the Bruins while goaltender Tim Thomas made 30 saves.

Thomas is 4-1-1 with a 2.14 goals-against average in six career starts against the Senators.
