BOSTON (Ticker) -- The Boston Bruins look to hand the Vancouver Canucks their fifth consecutive setback away from home Thursday.

The Bruins routed Ottawa, 7-2, on Tuesday. Marco Sturm recorded his second career hat trick and Patrice Bergeron added a career-high five assists.

Marc Savard had two goals and two assists while Tim Thomas made 35 saves for Boston, which killed all seven of the Senators' power-play opportunities.

The Canucks had a three-game winning streak before running into trouble on the road. On a four-game road trip, they endured a 5-2 loss to Minnesota on Tuesday in the opener of their trek. Defenseman Kevin Bieksa and Trevor Linden both tallied.
