(Sports Network) - The Vancouver Canucks will try to extend their longest winning streak of the season to four games when they visit the Nashville Predators tonight at Gaylord Entertainment Center.

The Canucks won their third straight game Wednesday evening in Detroit. Brendan Morrison scored two goals, including the game winner 3:01 into overtime to lift Vancouver past the Red Wings, 4-3, at Joe Louis Arena.

In the extra session, Vancouver defenseman Sami Salo hit Morrison with an outlet pass, springing the forward into the Detroit zone on a breakaway. From in tight, Morrison quickly snapped a wrister through the legs of Dominik Hasek to win the game for the Canucks.

Ryan Kesler and Markus Naslund also scored for the Canucks, who tallied three unanswered goals to rally from a 3-1 deficit. Roberto Luongo turned aside 27 shots for Vancouver, which has 23 points and is two behind Minnesota and Edmonton for first place in the Northwest Division.

Daniel Sedin added an assist for the Canucks to push his point streak to five games.
