(Sports Network) - Vancouver just finished 3-2 on its recent five-game road trip and will return home to host Washington and Nashville.

The Canucks ended the swing with a 5-0 win over the Chicago Blackhawks behind the brilliant goaltending of Roberto Luongo on Wednesday. Luongo recorded his first shutout for the Canucks after joining the club in the offseason.

Luongo made 32 saves for his 28th career shutout and helped Vancouver move into second place in the Northwest Division, just one back of the first-place Minnesota Wild.

Henrik Sedin scored two goals while his brother, Daniel, finished with three assists for the Canucks, who have won four of their last six contests and took six of a possible 10 points on the road trip.
