(Sports Network) - The Atlanta Thrashers resume their season-long six-game road trip tonight when they pay a visit to the Vancouver Canucks at the General Motors Place.

The Thrashers started the trek on Thursday with a win over Colorado. Marian Hossa and Slava Kozlov each had two goals and two assists to help Atlanta to a 6-3 win over the Avalanche.

Brad Larsen and Garnet Exelby each had a goal while Kari Lehtonen stopped 45 shots for the Thrashers, who ended a three-game slide.

Atlanta is 16-9-4 on the road this year and will also visit Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa and Carolina. The Thrashers lead the Hurricanes by six points for the top spot in the Southeast Division.

Thrashers forward Steve Rucchin is questionable for the game after leaving the Avalanche tilt in the second period with an upper-body injury. Rucchin took a big hit to the head and had to be helped off the ice.

Vancouver, meanwhile, will wrap up a quick two-game homestand. On Wednesday, Patrick Lalime picked up his first win in more than a year, turning aside all 34 shots faced as the Chicago Blackhawks beat the Canucks, 3-0.
