(Sports Network) - The Vancouver Canucks try to end a brief two-game skid tonight when they visit the Colorado Avalanche at the Pepsi Center.

The tilt marks the Canucks' last road stop for a while, as they will next hold a six-game homestand.

On Thursday, Vancouver dropped a 5-2 tilt in Minnesota, as Brian Rolston and Todd White each scored a goal and had an assist to lift the Wild.

Ryan Kesler and Jan Bulis each had a goal and Roberto Luongo stopped 19 shots for the Canucks, who won two in a row before the current lull.

Vancouver will open its home set on Monday against Dallas. Anaheim, Calgary, Detroit, St. Louis and Chicago will also visit during the stand.

Colorado, meanwhile, had a two-game winning streak ended in Thursday's 4-1 loss at St. Louis. Manny Legace stopped 44 shots and Bill Guerin scored two goals to lift the Blues.
