SASKATOON (CP) - The Saskatoon Blades scored on their first two power play opportunities Saturday, skating to a 4-2 victory over the Prince Albert Raiders in Western Hockey League action.
Dustin Cameron and Justin McCrae, with first-period power-play goals, staked the Blades (16-23-0-1) to an early lead.
Raider Devon LeBlanc on the narrowed the score 13 minutes into the second when he split the Blades defence and beat goalie Braden Holtby.
Thirty-eight seconds later Chris Cloud netted the winner when he surprised Prince Albert goalie Jesse Deckert with a sharp angle shot off a rebound.
Colton Gillies buried a backhander three minutes later for a 4-1 Saskatoon lead.
