SPOKANE, Wash. (CP) - Dustin Butler stopped all 21 shots fired at him and Tyler Shattock chipped in with a goal and an assist as the Kamloops Blazers blanked the Spokane Chiefs 3-0 in WHL play Wednesday night.

Alex Rodgers scored the eventual winner at 9:06 of the first period for Kamloops (30-10-1-1), which moved to within a point of the B.C. Division-leading Vancouver Giants.

Shattock and Terrance Delaronde completed the scoring in the third period for the Blazers. C.J. Stretch assisted on both of the goals.
