OTTAWA (CP) - The Belleville Bulls defeated the Ottawa 67's 5-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday and in the process denied 67's coach and general manager Brian Kilrea his 1,100th Ontario Hockey League win.

Tyler Donati, John Hughes and Matt Beleskey each had a goal and two assists to pace the Bulls. P.K. Subban and Eric Tangradi had the other Belleville goals.

Jesse Biduke with two, Thomas Kiriakou and Matt Lahey were the Ottawa scored for Ottawa, but the team failed to get their coach his 1,100th win, and more importantly keep themselves close to the top of the division.

"I care about being in first place and challenging for first place," Kilrea said after the game Friday.

"I'd just as soon we start playing together and 1,100 will come some time."

The Bulls (9-5-0) lead the East Division and are eight points up on the 67's (5-8-0) who sit third.
