BOSTON (AP) -The Boston Bruins recalled goaltender Hannu Toivonen and center Yan Stastny from Providence of the AHL on Monday.

Toivonen was sent to Providence on Sunday to play against the Worcester Sharks. He stopped 26 of 28 shots in Providence's 3-2 shootout win.
