KAMLOOPS, B.C. (CP) - Brock Nixon's power-play goal in the third period gave the Kamloops Blazers a 4-3 victory over the Tri-City Americans in Western Hockey League action Wednesday night.

With the Americans playing two men short, Nixon took a rebound off the end boards and stuffed it in for his league-leading 23rd goal of the season. Juuso Puustinen, with his fourth shorthanded goal of the season, Travis Dunstall and Victor Bartley also scored for Kamloops (21-7-1-1), which has now won seven straight.
