RED DEER, Alta. (CP) - Brandon Sutter scored three goals - including the tying goal and then the winner 2:13 into overtime - as the Red Deer Rebels came back to defeat the Kootenay Ice 4-3 in Western Hockey League on Wednesday night.

Steve DaSilva and Andrew Bailey gave Kootenay a 2-0 lead before the match was 10 minutes old. In the third period, Sutter and Brennen Wray tied the game at 2-2 by the 6:48 mark.

Ryan Russell regained the lead three minutes later for Kootenay (22-10-2-2), but Sutter struck again on a power-play goal with 1:40 remaining in regulation.
