BRANDON, Man. (CP) - Braden Holtby stopped 30 shots, then was flawless in the shootout as the Saskatoon Blades got by the Brandon Wheat Kings 2-1 in the Western Hockey League on Wednesday night.
Saskatoon's Rastislav Konecny scored the only goal of the shootout and Holtby stopped all three Brandon shooters as the Blades (13-22-0-1) extended their winning streak to four games.
