TORONTO (CP) - A hit by Dallas Drake to the head area of Detroit defenceman Brett Lebda has drawn the St. Louis Blues forward a two-game suspension.

No penalty was assessed on the play Thursday night. Lebda was not injured or cut and he completed the game.

Drake was suspended for two games in October 2005 so was considered a repeat offender under terms of the collective bargaining agreement, an NHL news release stated Friday.
