Columbus Blue Jackets goaltender Pascal Leclaire underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on Thursday and is expected to miss six weeks.
Leclaire suffered the injury in Columbus' 3-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks on December 22. The club's top pick, eighth overall, in the 2001 Entry Draft, has appeared in 21 games with the Blue Jackets this season. He is 6-12-2 with a 2.97 goals-against average, .900 save percentage and one shutout.
