(Sports Network) - The Minnesota Wild will aim for their first three-game winning streak since October tonight, when they welcome the Chicago Blackhawks to Xcel Energy Center.

The Wild have picked up both of their wins during the current streak via the shootout. They beat Chicago on Tuesday and then earned a 3-2 victory over Calgary on Thursday.

Brian Rolston and Mikko Koivu scored in Thursday's shootout after contributing power-play goals in regulation.

Manny Fernandez made a season-high 38 saves for the Wild, who haven't won three straight since October 21-27.

Tonight marks the end of a three-game homestand for Minnesota, which is an impressive 11-3-1 in St. Paul this season.

Meanwhile, the Blackhawks have dropped two straight and both of those setbacks came in the shootout.
