Bertuzzi preparing for back surgery

It looks as though Todd Bertuzzi is going to need back surgery.
Two epidural injections to alleviate pain from a herniated disc have not had the desired result and Bertuzzi and the Florida Panthers are now apparently preparing for a surgical procedure.
