Roman Voloshenko tallied a goal in regulation and added a goal in the shootout to lift the Aeros to a 3-2 win at the Toyota Center against Milwaukee in an early morning match that kicked off at 11:05 a.m. CT.

Rookie netminder Miroslav Kopriva stopped 42 of 44 shots for his first win for Houston in just his fourth appearance in 2006-07.

Fresh off his performance in the 2007 AHL All-Star Classic, Curtis Murphy netted the other regulation goal for the Aeros, while defenseman Shawn Belle recorded the decisive goal in the shootout for Houston, who ended a four-game losing skid with the win.

Cal O'Reilly led the way for Milwaukee, scoring a goal and an assist in the loss.
