A little bit of the rumors running around the wire, alway to be taken with a grain of salt....

Tonight's big rumor is courtesy of the TEAM1260 radio station in Edmonton. Curtis Joseph for Kyle Brodziak or Brad Winchester and possibly a pick.

- Minnesota Wild GM Doug Risebrough figures to attract a lot of attention at the trade deadline because of the high number of impending UFA players on his roster, but says he told rival GMs not to expect a fire sale.

-The Flyers want to add a forward, possibly either Mark Parrish from the Islanders or Dallas Drake from the Blues.

-The Canucks are expected to make a run at goalie and have targeted Anaheim’s Jean-Sebastien Giguere, Phoenix’s Curtis Joseph and San Jose’s Vesa Toskala.

-The Capitals are said to be ready to deal defenseman Brendan Witt, and Toronto and Tampa Bay appear interested.

-The Blue Jackets are offering defensemen Luke Richardson and Cale Hulse and center Jan Hrdina around the league, but not goalie Marc Denis.

-If Blues winger Keith Tkachuk waves his no-trade clause, both the Rangers and Devils would be interested.

I would love to see Curtis Joseph back on a Canadian team. Probably Vancouver because i think they have the best shot outside of Calgary.

He is a phenomenal playoff goalie!
