Why do you believe Wright didn't go as #1?
I'm not thinking it was size and he posted some excellent numbers. Yet it wasn't even the Habs trying to address a specific roster need; the Devils and the Coyotes (who pretty much need every kind of player) passed on him, too. The Kraken probably will be happy with him. But what do you know/have you read/heard that would account for Wright not making it in at #1?
