Home opener tonight against the Canucks. It will be interesting to see how they play in front of the home crowd. I'm also curious to see how they play coming off this break, something they didn't do well last season. I'll be looking for the PP and Briere to get going tonight.

Went to see the Flyers play the other night against Washington and I was a bit disappointed. Bryz got left in goal. Vokoun played a hell of a lot better than him. Hartnell looked off his game. The team isn't playing physical enough for my liking. We have some tough players brought in and they need to lift it a bit. There are a few stupid penalties going on. Giroux goal was awesome!! Couturier was playing really well and putting the pressure on their D. They have had a good start to the season. I wasn't really expecting this good of a start, but will see how they go the next few months.

It was only a matter of time. Thought Jagr would get up there a bit earlier, but he still been doing well. I'm glad to see Hartnell getting it done too. I think Bob should get the next start as well. Bryz needs to know that he has to fight for his spot in net.
Hope Pronger heals well. Just a bit of a freak accident. Wonder if he is going to start wearing a shield now? Probably not.

I heard Pronger saw an eye doctor today and he progressed very well, which is great news. I also read he will be wearing a visor, but we will just have to wait and see.

Great game lastnight. Our Defensive work was a massive step up from the other night. Bryz was looking comfortable in net. The only goal against wasn't his fault at all with Hartnell sliding into him and pushing him out of net. He played well. Giroux, Jagr and Hartnell line are just blasting away. Great chemistry in that line. Loving the physical play by Zac Rinaldo. We need it. Something that has been missing from the game. Talbot was getting some great offensive chances as well. There weren't too many stupid penalties. Great job guys. Keep it up.

Just watched the game. Can't blame anyone for both goals against. Both were hard reads and weird deflections. Watching the game made me remember how much I hate Kaleta. He just has one of those faces that annoys you.
Bryz took a fairly hard slash to the back while he was trying to cover the puck.
Heaps of blocked shots which was great to see. Hope everyone pulls up ok for tomorrows game.

LOL I didn't know wtf i was smelling. **** probably? Yeah that was a perfect example of playing like **** is played. Miller ******* blew the game for us. Start Enroth and get Miller's ass straighten up.

Columbus got done. It prob should have been 9-1 if the refs saw the slash on Couturier, but a big win. The offence just keeps firing away.
1st time since 1988 that 8 different players have goaled. Got some good fights. Simmonds kicked Dorsett to next week.
Voracek showed his old team with 1G 2A. Van Reimsdyk with 1G 2A and Sean Couturier with 2 goals. 33 saves for Bryz.
