Hello, please, please, please don't make any dumb moves in the next 2 weeks.

Callahan, Dubinsky, MZA, Krieder, Stepan, the King etc

Please don't trade any of the future or heart and soul of this team. I can't die with only seeing 1 cup win. (i was 13 when they won)

Thank You and your smelly cigars.

Sather makes decent trades it's the free agents he signs that make him look like a fool.

I've always thought this kind of thinking is a problem.

Obviously guys want to keep their team's youth, but to win the Cup, sometimes you have to take the risk and move someone that in a perfect world you wouldn't want to move. The other issue is that as soon as any young player shows any promise, he suddenly becomes an integral part of the core and untouchable.

If the Rangers think they have the opportunity to make some serious noise in the playoffs and get the chance to get someone that they think happens to put them over the top, and Kreider just so happens to be in the deal, they should make that move. If, say, the Stars want Kreider back in a deal for Brad Richards, then so be it.

Just my two cents.
