I strongly doubt that 70 is a possibility, I'm not gonna eliminate the idea cause Ovechkin has passion and skills, but I think 65 is more appropriate for this season, next year, if hes healthy, hes gonna get 70 because his team will have more experience and have a goalie to rely on in the back(huet). But this year hes gonna be a bit short.

He's at 60 after todays game with 6 games remaining. He racked up yet another 4 points in this game. What a machine.

The guy has been on fire this year. It's too bad Crosby wasn't healthy all year it would have been a good battle. I don't think he has enough time to hit 70 goals but he does deserve the Art Ross and Rocket Trophies. I'm a huge fan of Ovechkin and love the physical game he brings to the table as well.

very true. he is a pure pleasure to watch he plays rough can score but also makes some amazing passes. I esepcially love it when he scores he is so excited, we need more players like him, that have the passion and give it their one and all every game. just a great all around player.
