The old nhl double standard will be in effect here as to who was commiting the flagerant infraction.

Since when was punching someone from behind in the junk while they are fighting someone else a cheap shot? That's my signature move. I call it the "ball breaker".

They won't suspend him but maybe the they will convince him to have another "high ankle strain" for a couple of games and sit him out that way.

Still always amazes me the legions of ''hockey fans'' that supports this sorry excuse of a a hockey player side show. Maybe if he didn't run behind a wall of referees every time things don't go his way (which is basically every 2 minutes of a hockey game).

Lecavalier, Iginala, Ovechkin are the real elites that define hockey's best in all it's forms. Sid the squid is nothing more then a spoiled talented over marketed tool.

this kid insults the game of hockey. The nhl won't do anything about this because crysby is their 'face of the nhl'. This league is so pathetic. Suspend another guy indefinately for PG-13 comments he said off the ice. Crosby cheap shots a guy in the balls, and throws a bunch of a bertuzzi haymakers, and NOTHING. SO pathetic. I bet he could have done that to one of the Refs and STILL not gotten fined or suspended.

Welp folks it seems more so that rules don't apply to princess. Crosby scores in OT against the sabres with an obvious highstick and it stands.

More and more I wouldn't feel bad to see his head being driven into the boards while being speared by the other 4 players..
