I have to disagree, after Sundin left the game against Philly the leafs kept pressing. I think that, especially the young players are gettting excited and enthusiastic about haveing a slim chance of making the playoffs. They looked even w/o their captain wuite solid. I dont think that there will be a offensive struggle if Sundin is out.

It doesnt matter though, without Sundin your missing 1-2 points a game and relying on luck a lot more, how many times have the Leafs held a one goal game for a entire period? Not many... Though he is getting lots of treatment and from what I can understand he'll be back Tuesday VERY likely and possibly for Saturday. Looking at the standings, Saturday's game is immensly huge, it is a chance to basically "get away" from the Sabres, and the value of the game will change as well by game time because flyers play at 1.

True. The Leafs would have traded him off years ago for a Jason Allison and Joe Nieuendyk(sp?)

If he could stand up for himself he'd still be in Edmonton.
