times change. At the time he was actually correct.
New York Islanders trade Wendel Clark and Mathieu Schneider to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for Kenny Jonsson and Toronto's 1997 1st round pick (4th overall - Roberto Luongo).
Still kicking myself over that one though.
Other than that particular trade, Fletcher has won his deals.

I'm thinking the same thing. Problem is I dont think he has the potiential to be as good as Doughty or Alex Pietrangelo.
Leafs in definite best interest to tank the season and finish in last place
