Well we need to get ride of Kubina and McCabe. I dont mind when its a young player making an error, but when its guys who are making 20 million + theres a problem. Hal Gill is a good 5th-6th defensemen. He's great on the PK, and he's not so much overpaid. Trade McCabe to the Islanders and trade Kubina to whoever the hell wants him. I'd rather see Stralman in then those two tards.

Yes he did. Although apparently there was a scramble and it hit the post (according to the announcers may not even have gone in).

Honestly Maurice better shut his damn yap about not trapping.

This team cannot AT ALL play defense. And honestly its probably more then forwards than the D. There is no concept of team defense at all.

They better figure out how to turn this around because the whole damn team is under contract next year.

There is 46 million under the cap next year and the only player unsigned is Sundin!

haha yeah definitely should have googled Aki instead of Wade.

Aki would want a no movement clause, no trade clause, and no yelling at him after a brutal giveaway clause.

I said it before and I'll say it again its the leafs poor defensive zone coverage and lack of speed on the blue line that is killing them. The Leafs played 50 minutes, and their forcheck is great, but when we get off our game, we lose.
