I mean 19-5 in favour of Buffalo in SOG in the final frame. That just shows how the Leafs play with the Lead and fail to apply pressure late in the game.
Steen and Sundin -4 each, and they are usually pretty responsable defensively.

I was just about to post the same thing.
The problem with the leafs down low is that when its on the boards, they switch up because they dont trust their own players. Normally its a two on two, but then the center ( in this case tonight Sundin) switchs up and helps his defensemen. The problem is the player he left, is now wide open and the puck is in the back of the net.
McCabe OT own goal gift wraps Sabres' win

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Ales Kotalik scored a power-play goal 4:56 into overtime to give the Buffalo Sabres a 5-4 come-from-behind win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday night.
Kotalik's slap shot from the left circle was stopped by goalie Andrew Raycroft, but Toronto defenceman Bryan McCabe inadvertently knocked the puck into his own net to give the Sabres the dramatic victory.
Bryan McCabe has been overrated for years. Like I said before, all he has is a hard slapshot.
Defencively, he's no better than Aki Berg, and he's proven that time and time again, year after year, after year.
He needs to go...
But nope! A no trade clause is in place. Somehow JFJ saw it fit to handcuff the Leafs for the next half decade with a defenceman who can't play defence. The only way out of that is a buyout, and he ain't cheap.
