Call me biased, but I would LOVE to see Dale Hunter coaching this team (I'd actually like to see him stay in London, but some clever team is going to lure him out of the OHL eventually, so why not the Leafs?).
He's done a superlative job changing the Knights from a perennial also-ran in to a perennial contender. He's gotten excellent results at both ends of the ice, teaching good defensive hockey while still showing creativity and getting the most out of his offensive players. In addition to being a technically strong coach, he seems to do a good job of getting the guys fired up when necessary, and as those of you who remember him as a player could probably guess, he knows a thing or two about playing good hard hockey.

Don't see Hunter coming to TO, if anybody brings him up it will most likely be Washington.

Sounds like JFJs demise is close:

It appears John Ferguson will not serve out the final months of his contract as general manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Judging from the standings, at least they'll have a chance.

I'd Like to see Neil Smith/Gilmore duo in the General Manager position, and for coach I would love to see Burns come back, but if not we could always bring up the Marlies coach, he has done a spectacular job with the guys.
One final note... should we get a new goalie coach? Because this goaltender situation is out of hand.

HOnestly goaltending has not been a problem since Potvin rolled into town. If anyone should feel secure in their position, it's the goaltending coach.

Yup. Toskala's playing well, and continues to do so.
He's just another goaltender in the last decade that has managed to make this team look better than it really is.
The Leafs' problem right now is not goaltending.

Are you kidding?
Maurice is a schmuck, anyone would have done better than him over the past 2 years.
