The past 3 years, 3/6 canadian teams have gone to the cup final to have all lost. Flames, Oilers and Senators. Now we got 3 left and we can only hope as Canadian the trend continues (with the exception of habs of course..lol), so could it be the Leafs this year or in the next 2 years to go to the cup final?

Unfortunately while some stats may inferentially be in our favour, some are not... All 3 teams have lost, each losing worse after the last one, so even if Leafs do get into the cup final and game 7, true there's always a chance, but the odds aren't in our favour. In addition the players lack playoff experience, with the exception of the veterans. The goalies Raycroft and Toskala combine for few playoff games in total.

Anyways we'll see how it goes, a little too early for this kinda talk.

Canucks are gunna go this year and finally win it for a Canadian team. I think they DEFINETLY have a goalie who could take him there himself, they have a very solid blueline, all they need is to maybe add one more goal scorer upfront and they could make it to the finals
