Great game. Belfour and Theodore played awesome. Especially Theodore though..
I thought that the Leafs put forward their best effort of the season, and it actually looked like they had a defensive system! Also, I'm still really disappointed in Sundin's play, was happy Belak didn't play and Reichel and Tucker looked like the Leafs best forwards.

Don't worry once Quinn puts Sundin with someone better on the forecheck Mats is going to explode, now just who is it that can replace Renberg?

I hate to say it but good solid effort by the leafs tonight. Both goalies played well and made some key timely saves that give their teams a chance to win tonight. For the most part i was suprised to see the leafs put in a decent defensive effort, they didn't have to many break downs tonight.Having said this the leafs when pressured in their own zone tonight on a few ocassions look very dis organized and didn't really seem to know their individual defensive responsibilities as they were all over the place chasing the puck around.Tucker tonight was in fine form performing great theatrics almost every time someone hit him, this act is getting very tiresome and old,he reminds me of a young Claude Lemieux or worse.

Finally... except for the first minute or two, the Leafs put in a solid effort throughout the game.

great game, too bad I could not go. I had 2 tickets offered to me an hour before the game, but since I'm a poor student my creditors said no.
The Leafs took the play to the Habs quite a bit. They still don't seem to be put the puck on net though, and when they did tonight Theo was there. The score could have been easily quite higher if he did not play as well as he did.

Great game?
I think not. A great game for me, means goals..alot of goals. 1-0 games means a lot of saves..
The leafs JUST won this game, habs could have easily tied it. They look ordinary so far. Belfour won this game, old man eagle hands down
