Smith was a decent backup in Dallas, and because I dont have Center Ice, I dont get to see much of the league. Has he really played poorly? He was good in Dallas, like I said, and from what I've seen.

In a few games he has. Some games he has played really well, but in a few games he looked shocked every time the opposing team shot at him. Maybe being the starter is too much for him.
