IT's all supposed to line up according to the astro-physicists. THe world ending part is Mayan I belive. Comes from a stone calender made hundreds of years ago that goes all the way up to 2012 and mysteriously stops.

The stars lining up stuff was just on Discovery a few weeks ago. SOme journey through the universe to the beginning of time, or something.

hey just means that a calender ends doesn't mean the end of time. But prob. those Mayan dudes were intelegent. Prob. So somthing is going to happen in 2012 i beleive

Mayans did not take into account leap years, so their understanding of the world ending would have been some centuries ago.

Also, they called the end of the earth, yet couldn't see their own demise...
