Ruslan Fedetenko resigned with the Pens for 1 year, $1.8M. Not a bad signing at all, and leaves the pens with some cap space.

I was also, AND for only $1.8M. It would be nice to know the deals that he turned down. With his salary being $2M last season, he probably could have gone somewhere for $2.5M.
