Nothing made me happier until I heard Mike Lange say Lord Stanley, scratch their names on your fabled cup - the Pittsburgh Penguins are Stanley Cup Champions 2009 when they won. Great job Penguins! You did it! You did it with class and heart.

People were still quoting the " Lord Stanley, Lord Stanley, Pass me the Brandy" from the first cup.

I know exactly how you guys feel. I feel the same that’s why I watch games and highlights over and over again trying to convince myself that IT’S NOT A DREAM.

same here. i spoke to some hockey team mates last night who i'd not seen since game 7 and we were discussing the sustained state of disbelief.

but it is a nice state to be in.... the contentment it has afforded me, as allowed me to hardly recognise that i haven't watched a single game since last week (aside from highlights over and over and of course the parade

)
