The Big One.

Game seven. One last game for the 2008 - 2009 NHL season. The winner drinks champagne from the Stanley Cup. The loser drinks Gatorade from plastic bottles.

Will the Pens be ready. Can they beat the mighty Wings at the Joe. Who knows, but this is exactly what boys growing up imagine. Game seven of the Stanley Cup Final. I'm just a fan, and I can't wait.

One guy who won't be ready, Peter Sykora. Out with a broken foot blocking a shot in game 6.

Get out your lucky charms, wear you lucky shirt, for one last game.

It's a great chance for the Pens. Last year they didn't get that far. This season everything is different - the players, the coach, the play. Maybe... who knows... the situation at the Joe will also be different. I'd like to believe that.

Win or lose this is what you play for to be in this exact situation. Shows what this team is made of to be down 2-0 and come back to force a game 7!

At least those jerks wont be raising the cup at the Igloo this year!

There are some players who have played long pro careers, and never made it to the Cup Final, let alone a 7th game of the Cup Final. This is millions of child hood dreams that are going to come true for one team. Just think if it goes to OT. The player who scores to win the cup will go down in the history of the Stanley Cup. Few have the chance, hopefully the Pens realize this, and take full advantage of the situation. Because its a moment that may never come again.

Little less than 19 hours and already getting goosebumps and I'm a Blues fan just wanting to see the wings get clipped.

To be honest with you I’m pretty nervous already. But that’s normal I think just a few hours to THE GAME 7.
Anyway what a better time to say ‘Thanks' to the Pens and coach Bylsma for the wonderful season they made, for all the joy, happiness, hopes and dreams they brought to us fans.
And now when they're on the brink of the biggest success in their career all I can do as a fan is to wish them the best of luck!!! They got the rest.
