Default Round 3 Game 4 - Pens at Flyers

Well the Pens have the chance to sweep the Flyers out of the playoffs, on Flyer ice. As a long time Pens fan(which automatically quailifies me as a Flyer's Hater), that would be soooo sweet.

The Flyers were apparently playing with new lines at practice yesterday, in an effort to find combinations that will produce goals. Looks like Stevens is doing a Therrien favorite, and may have Richards and Briere on the same line with Upshall. Prospal is now on a line with Umburger and and Lupol.

I expect the Pens to attempt to play the same patient game of hockey tonight, and try to pounce on turnovers in the neutral zone. The Pens forecheck is key to it all, don't let the Flyer's set up for the breakout, continue to force the issue early and make them pass early.

If he could stand up for himself he'd still be in Edmonton.

Latest out of Philly:

Gary Roberts will NOT be in the game tonight, apparently he does indeed have a mild case of pneumonia.

First penalty of the night on a whining Danny Briere. Don't understand what he complaining about there. Stick to skates is a trip.

End to End on the PP, first a shorthanded oppurtunity for Richards, then a break the other way for hossa, then a chance for carter.

Lupol gets the first goal of the game. 1-0 Philly

Pittsburgh looks out of sync and flat. Hopefully they turn that around, not really interested in watching them hand the Flyers one like they handed the Rangers one.
