Wachovia Center to change name

Flyers Rookie Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 179	Wachovia Center to change name to Wells Fargo Center. Why don't they just go all the way and call it Corporate Sellout Arena.

There aren't many arenas/ball fields/stadiums that don't change names as contracts run out.

There are a select few that I don't think will ever change names and most of them are the classics in the MLB - Fenway, Wrigley, Yankee Stadium even though it's a new building, they kept the name, etc.

the contract didn't run out it is just that Wachovia bank changed their name to Wells Fargo
